No Show Policy
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. However, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee 50% of the service cost will be charged. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice or cancel within 1 hour before you scheduled appointment, the full cost of the service will be charged. After the third cancellation/no show in a row you will be unable to book more than one week in advance and will be required to pay in full for your session before booking.
If you are late we reserve the right to cut your service, you will be charged for the service you booked not the cut service. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full.
We prioritize the safety of clients and realize there are emergency situations caused by inclement weather. Should this occur during a scheduled appointment, you will be contacted via phone call or text to reschedule. I ask that you contact me to reschedule as soon as possible, if you are unable to come due to extreme weather.
We ask that you please call if they are feeling ill or have a fever. It is in both of our best interests to reschedule appointments in this case. Likewise, please understand if I ask to reschedule because Iām feeling ill. With some medical massage/bodywork may not be advised. If a massage could be potentially harmful to a client, we reserves the right to decline performing the service.
Inappropriate Behavior
Natural Shift Wellness LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior and comments. In the event that a client displays inappropriate behavior and/or assaults the therapist, and/or makes inappropriate comments, the session will end immediately. The client will be charged the full amount of the session and asked to leave. No future appointments will be accepted. I reserve the right to call the police and file a report. For privacy and comfort, draping is required during the entire massage. If a client feels they are subject to inappropriate behavior, or anything that makes them feel unsafe or uncomfortable, please speak up so adjustments can be made.
Clients reserve the right to end a session at any time.
I ask that any pictures or recording does not take place during the session unless permission is received both by the therapist and the client.
Here at Natural Shift Wellness I aim to make a safe space for all who enter. If at any point anyone feels unsafe or uncomfortable please bring it to me (Zoe). I will do my best to resolve the issue.
